New website tips:
- Make sure to clear your cache on our website as new files have been implemented (over the weekend) likely since you last visited the page.
- Chrome/Firefox/Safari are the main browsers with full function. Internet Explorer is being updated tonight and should resolve any lingering issues associated with that browser.
- The old site is still accessible via the link on the menu bar if you experience any issues. (Example rate Quote lookup works on old site, new site should be resolved shortly).
- The bulk of the navigation options are still in a similar place to the old site if you find yourself searching for a link.
- Updates we post to Facebook are visible on the home page as well as service updates in full on the right hand side of the page.

For Rate Inquiries please contact our rate department at 800-613-4215 to secure the inquiry to a quote number to make sure the rates are legitimate if looking after 4PM. Please do this until we resolve why this is happening. You may also contact your sales rep to secure a quote number instead of an inquiry number that may mismatch billing.

There continues to be an API and website(old/new) rating bug surfacing. It went away this morning and returned around 4PM today. We will be monitoring this in the morning again. We are working to try and figure out what is the root cause of the issue. Please for any quotes or rate inquiries please contact us at corporate for them to be validated until we get this resolved.
Our rate department can be reached at 800-613-4215 or you can talk to your sales rep for quote validation. Our billing and rating system internally is working correctly and again this is only affecting external rate inquiries via web or API.
There has been reporting that inquiries and API are working up until 4PM CST daily since Monday May 7, 2018. This will be followed up with additional testing Thursday.
