There continues to be an API and website(old/new) rating bug surfacing. It went away this morning and returned around 4PM today. We will be monitoring this in the morning again. We are working to try and figure out what is the root cause of the issue. Please for any quotes or rate inquiries please contact us at corporate for them to be validated until we get this resolved.
Our rate department can be reached at 800-613-4215 or you can talk to your sales rep for quote validation. Our billing and rating system internally is working correctly and again this is only affecting external rate inquiries via web or API.
There has been reporting that inquiries and API are working up until 4PM CST daily since Monday May 7, 2018. This will be followed up with additional testing Thursday.

Update 11:40PM the bug still is there. Rates are returning correct about 50/50 right now. Still trying to get this resolved. Please call in for quotes if you see a rate that seems off for the time being. We will keep updating here. Billing and rating is still accurate on our system but not on web or via API currently. We apologize this issue is proving to be very difficult to resolve.
Update 8:40PM API bug continues to be an issue. Sites are staying down for now until resolved. Rates keep returning incorrect.
Update 7:40PM the saga continues. Still working to resolve the issues. More testing to come tonight.
Update 6:40PM Rating bug is on both old and new site. Rating in our system offline is working but not via web.
Update 6:30PM The bug returns on the rate engine/inquiry on the new site. Old site appears to be rating correctly at this time. Still working on this to resolve.

We are looking at another Winter Weather situation even though it is "Spring". We are still digging out of the 15-20 inches we received in the heart of LME footprint from this past weekend. This impact to begin Wednesday 4/18/18 through the day to Thursday 4/19/18. Expect some minor delays in pickup and delivery operations as well as some possible line haul delays in the central portion of our footprint.
