CRST helps you get your bought goods shipped from the merchant to your address. Your package is gven a tracking number so that it gets identifiable. The tracking number should be available for you on the merchant's website/app. Go to your orders a, click the order that is shipped by CRST, see its details and you will either find the CRST tracking number or a link/button that allows you to track trace CRST package. Once you get it, enter it in the box in the top of this page, press the button and start tracking CRST's shipment.

Our final congratulations for Q3 Extra Mile Awards goes to Jeanne at our Oklahoma City terminal! Jeanne is an integral part of our Orientation process. Since the location she manages is away from where any of the Recruiters are located, she is in a unique position. She is our go-to person for assistance, and takes care of our students and drivers when they need help with something. Jeanne never says “It’s not my job”. She is very knowledgeable and can handle anything that comes her way. The recruiting staff appreciates her and her dedication so much. Our drivers and students always have a positive experience there due to the effort Jeanne puts into her work. Jeanne wears lots of hats! Thanks for your hard work, Jeanne! 👍😁

Congratulations to our Logistics employee, Curtis, on winning a Q3 Extra Mile Award! He went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly during a delivery. Curtis works on site with our customer PMX Industries. In July we hired a carrier to move material from Newmarket, ON to Cedar Rapids. Curtis was in communication with the dispatcher on the date of delivery. By late afternoon the dispatcher became concerned because he was unable to get a hold of the driver. Curtis decided to drive around Cedar Rapids after hours to look for this driver. His main concern was for the driver, not the materials on the truck. The load was finally delivered the next morning and the driver was fine. PMX is a 24x7 customer and there are several times that Curtis stays late or comes in on the weekends or coming in at midnight to print material. Thanks for all your hard work, Curtis! 🎉👍

Congratulations to one of our Pegasus Transportation, Inc. employee's, Amy, on winning a Q3 Extra Mile Award. She went above and beyond to help grow our business. Pegasus has approximately 10,000 square feet of warehouse space attached to our office. This warehouse space had one occupant who rarely used any of the floor space and storage. It was wasted space. Amy single-handedly developed a relationship with a large customer with a focus on not only increasing revenue and margin for Pegasus Brokerage, but filling up the warehouse as well! Amy got the business started in late May, and since then has generated over $6,000 in storage revenue on top of the $14,000 in revenue generated for Pegasus’s local fleet through load count growth! The customer recently came to Pegasus for an on-site visit and had nothing but positive things to say about how Amy treats them and goes out of her way to find solutions to help them save cost and ship more product. Thank you Amy for identifying an opportunity and going after it! 🎉👍

We'd like to congratulate Tim on winning a Q3 Extra Mile Award for going above and beyond! Tim is the type of foreman every shop should have. When there is a special project or new task, Tim is always the first to volunteer. We’ve recently hired a new Parts Manager and Tim has been very helpful in training him and help us keep caught up while still doing his own duties. With the absence of an Admin Assistant, Tim has again stepped up and helped with duties that are not usually his and he has done most of it without being asked. It’s not unusual to see Tim here late at night after this shift has ended to help keep things moving smoothly. Congratulations Tim! 🎉👍

Here is the last of our Q2 Extra Mile Award winners: Les! He went above and beyond to help our drivers get back on the road safely. 🚛👌 On four different occasions, Les was able to get the correct air tank for our trailers on very time sensitive loads. He was able have repairs done in a timely manner, usually resulting in repairs completed and rolling 24 hours before the part could even be ordered, which is usually over the weekend where availability was scarce. Les is often the first person that operations in Cedar Rapids will call if they need any parts because they know he will go out of his way to satisfy the needs of the drivers. Thanks for all of your hard work, Les! 🎉

Congratulations to another one of our Quarter 2 Extra Mile award winners, Linda! She went above and beyond her normal responsibilities to better our company. Over the course of the last year, Linda has implemented numerous changes to the accounts payable and cash management functions that have allowed for more efficient, accurate and timely reporting of cash and accounts payable. In particular, Linda oversaw a 12 month project of implementing an automated accounts payable workflow. With her partners in IT, Linda took this project from inception to implementation, performing the roles of project manager, primary end user, tester and training lead. Linda consistently takes initiative to make changes as she sees possible improvements in her area. Examples of this include, 1) the automatic emailing of ACH remittances, saving her department time and paper; 2) Contacting vendors with outstanding checks to confirm whether a new check should be issued (which resulted in reduced expenses and time required to file unclaimed property); and 3) Changing the way cash transactions are booked in the general ledger to provide more detail to cut down on research time for other general ledger users.🎉👍 Thanks for all your hard work, Linda!

Package tracking (or package logging) is the process of localizing shipping containers, mail and parcel post at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery.
Package tracking developed historically because it provided customers information about the route of a package and the anticipated date and time of delivery. This was important because mail delivery often included multiple couriers in varying environmental circumstances, which made it possible for a mail to get lost.
Track a PKG offers a quick way to track trace your package. It contains most of the global couriers as well as local shipping providers and post/EMS companies.
