Congratulations to our employee, Martha, on winning the CRST Quarterly Extra Mile Award! The Extra Mile Award is chosen, based upon employee and peer nomination to the exceptional employees who go above and beyond the call of duty!
Martha was a key member of the Kronos integration for the benefits for all Gardner employees. In conjunction with her manager, she was a lead contact (and a right hand) throughout the entire process. Martha traveled to the CRST headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa twice to get first-hand training from our corporate HR team. Martha learned the system and processes quickly and is now the point-of-contact for Gardner HR with Kronos. In addition, Martha traveled to all Gardner locations to assist with Open Enrollment meetings, which also included the Kronos kick-off. We have heard great things from our employees on how helpful Martha is with a very crucial aspect of employment at Gardner. Martha is a valuable asset and is always a positive influence within the HR Department and the company as a whole.

Congratulations to our employee, Amanda, on winning the CRST Quarterly Extra Mile Award! The Extra Mile Award is chosen, based upon employee and peer nomination to the exceptional employees who go above and beyond the call of duty!
With the new mandate coming out, Amanda and the E-logs team has worked very hard to make sure the driver transition is as smooth, as possible. They not only look over three (3) separate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) platforms, but another may be added in the near future. With the increase of drivers being added to the ELD platforms, this increases the phone calls and edits that E-Logs needs to handle. Amanda keeps the five (5) employees on the team up to date with new information and handles all the day to day requests and information needed from other departments in a timely fashion. She has a lot that has been handed down to her, and yet, she makes it appear seamless.

Congratulations to our employee, Shane, on winning the CRST Quarterly Extra Mile Award! The Extra Mile Award is chosen, based upon employee and peer nomination to the exceptional employees who go above and beyond the call of duty!
Shane regularly fills in for workers in other areas of the STI organization and makes himself available to do so at a moments notice. He keeps coworkers well informed on developments that occur overnight or on weekends. He has a key eye for the detail need on a delivery and pays attention to the special instructions essential to a successful pickup or delivery. A recent shipment demonstrates his willingness to do what it takes. A driver needed to come to Fort Wayne to pick up a pallet jack off another trailer for a delivery to a customer. When the driver arrived he needed help to move the pallet jack and Shane went to help him move the pallet jack to the trailer. When Shane went back inside and pulled up the shipment that was on the driver he noticed that it required a lift gate at delivery. As he had helped to put the pallet jack on a non-gate trailer, he called the driver back to Fort Wayne and helped the driver van to van the freight to a gated trailer allowing us to meet the customer expectations at delivery. This is just one example of his going the extra mile.

Package tracking (or package logging) is the process of localizing shipping containers, mail and parcel post at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery.
Package tracking developed historically because it provided customers information about the route of a package and the anticipated date and time of delivery. This was important because mail delivery often included multiple couriers in varying environmental circumstances, which made it possible for a mail to get lost.
Track a PKG offers a quick way to track trace your package. It contains most of the global couriers as well as local shipping providers and post/EMS companies. If you don't find your shipping courier, please contact us so that we add it to the service. To track and trace a package, use the forms in the top of this page.
