Companies with robust security measures will benefit from increased visibility of goods in the supply chain, reduction in pilferages and greater efficiency in their supply chain management.
In addition, STP-certified companies will enjoy these benefits:
- Cargo is less likely to be inspected locally
- Recognised as a lower risk company
- Reduced inspection or expedited clearance if its certified status is also recognised by other partners through a mutual recognition arrangement
- A dedicated account manager assigned as a single contact point to Singapore Customs
- Recognised as a known consignor under the Regulated Air Cargo Agent Regime

CAN YOU GUESS THIS PUMPKINS WEIGHT? 🎃
At the end of September, hartrodt Singapore and hartrodt Frankfurt have been working extremely close together to deliver two giant pumpkins by air freight just in time for Halloween.
The pumpkins, grown in Saxony/Germany, were ordered for promotional purposes by a well known restaurant chain in Singapore.
After the collection of the pumpkins by our a.hartrodt team in Frankfurt, the pumpkins were carefully prepared for their journey up to Southeast Asia. Thermo foil was used to protect the sensitive pumpkins against temperature variations and shocks.
Great job team! ✨
What do you think how much this pumpkin weight? :)

The a. hartrodt group was one of the first companies in Europe to be awarded a full AEO certificate. Since the 17th October 2017, we are proud to announce that a. hartrodt France has also received this certificate!
Congratulations to our French offices! :)
NICE TO KNOW:
The AEO concept is based on the Customs-to-Business partnership introduced by the World Customs Organisation (WCO). Traders who voluntarily meet a wide range of criteria work in close cooperation with customs authorities to assure the common objective of supply chain security.
The EU established its AEO concept based on the internationally recognised standards, creating a legal basis for it in 2008 through the 'security amendments' to the "Community Customs Code" (CCC) (Regulation (EC) 648/2005) and its implementing provisions.

Package tracking (or package logging) is the process of localizing shipping containers, mail and parcel post at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery.
Package tracking developed historically because it provided customers information about the route of a package and the anticipated date and time of delivery. This was important because mail delivery often included multiple couriers in varying environmental circumstances, which made it possible for a mail to get lost.
Track a PKG offers a quick way to track trace your package. It contains most of the global couriers as well as local shipping providers and post/EMS companies. If you don't find your shipping courier, please contact us so that we add it to the service. To track and trace a package, use the forms in the top of this page.
